Memorable honeymoon

It was amazing. We almost risked of not going for some family problem, but im glad we still went atleast to relax for a day. The staff are all very warm and hospitable, always have a smile on their faces. The room is beautiful and spacious.

Lovely and quality stay in Dolomiti

Lovely hotel. Very clean, well organized, friendly stuff (especially Denise at the reception and Veli in the restaurant). Breakfast is the best we have ever had. Enormous possibilities with good food quality. It will be our choice again next year.

Not any easy way to dry all the wet ski clothes in the room, since the heating is pretty low, BUT we put that problem out and it was solved in few minutes… We got a little extra heater in our room. Thank you for that!

Great hotel with a SPA

Very nice family hotel with a great SPA that kids can enjoy. Rooms and bathrooms were big and very modern. We had to reschedule our visit for 2 days as are kids got ill before we came and they managed to reshuffle our schedule at no cost. The hotel also has a playroom that our kids liked.

No genuine minuses. The hotel is not right at the slopes, but some 3-4 minutes drive. However, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service which was always there both to pick you up and get you back. The only improvement I can think of that some larger hotels have is baby sitting of kids in playroom.

Nice hotel

The hotel was nice enough.

The service was bellow 4 star hotel. We set in the bar for more than 30 min in several occasions and waiter didn’t come to serve us. The dinner is a long wait to get all the food. However the food was good.

Towel had some makeup stain from previous use, no do not disturb sign for the room, it was a bit cold in the room and in the hotel in general, pillows could be replaced with new ones, current ones did their time.

Wonderful location to visit the Messner Mountain Museum

The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The staff was attentive and very kind. The dinner services were also of excellent quality and the service very professional. The dining rooms with their Sudtirol decor was a treat. The spa facilities were quite good and great after a day skiing.

There wasn't an ATM at the property. To obtain cash you had to go quite a distance.

Wonderful

General experience is very good, food is great.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable. However, I felt that the sauna rules were very strict, and at times, the staff's enforcement of these rules came across as a bit aggressive. While I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and pleasant environment, the tone used made it difficult to fully relax, which is the primary reason for using the sauna. I would kindly suggest that the staff communicate the rules in a more approachable and friendly manner, keeping in mind that guests are there to unwind. Other than this, the rest of the facilities and services were excellent, and I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into providing a high-quality experience.

Great stay, we would go again!

The hotel is very nice aswell as the staff. The wellness has everything you can wish for and the breakfast has an incredible selection. All in all i recommend a stay, especially for a couple!

The best hotel that I have experienced so far

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in , the room was extremely big very comfortable, in a chalet style, big bathroom and all the amenities that you would ever need. The hotel is quite large with a big Spa area which is fitting all the needs, large pool, several saunas multiple relaxation areas. We had included in the price breakfast and dinner which were excellent , a real fine dining experience especially during dinner. During lunch we had a snack bar which was very good and varied . We will definitely have return

Perfect spa/mountain hotel for exploring the Dolomites!

Beautiful hotel with a family feel. Perfectly located with recently renovated top quality facilities (particularly the spa). We had the half board option and the food was incredible and to a high level with plenty of variety. Rooms were a great size and always kept very clean and staff were always very friendly and accommodating.

- The Pool and jacuzzi area could have been managed better. I understand the hotel welcomes families (and that is fine), but children were allowed to run around and jump in the pool and jacuzzi and this took the relaxing feel away from the hotel at times. -it was strange that the hotel charged for water at dinner but then allow you to have it for free at breakfast and afternoon snack.

Wonderful

Everything was great. Staff very attentive. Half board is definitely worth it. Breakfast is amazing with all options of sweet and salty. Dinner is top quality, with 2 options for a 4 course menu (one of the 2 being vegetarian, both quite balanced and gourmet) and a good "kids menu". There's "free snacks buffet" (with salty, sweet - great strudel - and drinks) everyday from 2.30 to 5 pm which was a great benefit. Room was big enough to accomodate 2 adults and 3 Kids (one of them being in the cot). Swimming pool is big enough, both inside and outside. Playroom is great for kids of any age, it also includes videogames. They also provide 1 free backpack for trekking in the room. Very convenient bus service to Brunico (free, with the card provided at reception), stopping in front of the hotel.

Only very small things to consider: they've 2 nice wellness areas (indoor and outdoor) but they are all "naked areas" (not everyone may feel comfortable, depending on the "culture"). Also, the location is great for the Kronplatz area but in summer Brunico is a bit far (30 mins drive or 1 with public transport) from the most of the popular trekking areas. Valdaora, San Candido or Dobbiaco, would probably be slightly more convenient if you want to explore Val Pusteria, Braies, Anterselva and the DreiZinnen area for a Summer stay.

We arrived with welcome drinks, staff were very kind and helpful. SPA was amazing, water was warm and facilities are great, our family had an amazing time! We had a room with Mountain View, very peaceful and good space balcony. Breakfast was great, just perfect. Our daughter was sick and staff were very helpful for guide pharmacy in town. Amazing stuff, clean room, fantastic spa make our stay perfect. Will come back again!
